Who needs culinary school when you have the internet?

I'm on a mission to teach myself how to bake and decorate cakes. One cake every week for a year. I will be challenging myself with new techniques and perfecting old ones. I will push myself to try different types of baking and decorating. Not everything will be a success but failure is just a fun and exciting part of the process!

I’m a web developer, singer-songwriter and now cake maker! I live in Brooklyn with my wonderful husband, Film Maker Geoff Lerer and my ridiculously cute puppy, Joey Ramone!
